1. Automated Data Collection and Processing
As is customary, our server automatically and temporarily collects and stores information in the server log files, which are transmitted by the browser, unless deactivated by you (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). This includes, for example, the IP address of the requesting computer, the HTTP response code, the website from which you are visiting us, the time of the server request, as well as the browser type, version, and operating system of the requesting computer.  
There is no personal evaluation of the server log files. The provider is unable to associate these data with specific individuals at any time, and these data are not merged with other data sources.

 

2. Collection and Processing of Voluntarily Provided Daty  
If you provide us with personal data via email or our website (e.g., name, first name, email address, address), this is generally done voluntarily. These data are used to process your inquiries and are processed solely for the purpose for which you provided them to us.  
Beyond this, for example, for sending advertisements, we will collect, process, or use your data only within the scope of legal provisions or with your express consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). 8. Comments and Contributions

9. Data Security / SSL Encryption 
In accordance with the legal regulations of § 13 (7) TMG, this site uses SSL encryption, identifiable by a lock symbol in your browser's address bar. When SSL encryption is activated, data transmitted cannot be read by third parties.  
This generally involves 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can recognize whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.  
We also use appropriate technical and organizational security measures (TOM) to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
