Despite this, the C4 achieved an impressive top speed of 240 km/h thanks to its aerodynamically optimized body and refined suspension. Particularly noteworthy is the combination with the rare 5-speed Nash manual transmission, which was only available on request — most C4s came with automatic transmission instead.
